Pet Day Terms of Use
The rules for using Pet Day, covering accounts and households, what you upload, reminders, changes to the service and liability
This agreement is published in Chinese and English. If the two versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.

Welcome to Pet Day. Please read this agreement before you use it; by signing in, you agree to it.
If you got Pet Day from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and this agreement applies in addition to it.
What this app is
Pet Day helps people record and organise the daily care of their pets together, and reminds them when nobody has done something. It is a logging and reminder tool and does not give veterinary advice. The suggested vaccination and deworming schedules are only common practice; follow your vet's advice. The pet's owner is responsible for its health and safety.
Accounts and households
You are responsible for what is done under your account. Do not let anyone else use your way of signing in. Children under 13 should use the app with a parent's consent.
The person who creates a household is its admin, and can invite members and temporary sitters, set permissions and remove members. The people you invite can see the pets and records you allow them to see, so please invite only people you trust.
What you upload
What you record and the photos you upload belong to you. You permit us to store and process this content and to show it to members of your household who have permission, in order to provide the service. Please do not upload anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or other people's private information that has nothing to do with looking after pets.
After you delete your account, what you recorded in a household that has other members stays with that household, but is no longer linked to your account.
Reminders are not guaranteed to arrive
Push notifications depend on your phone's system and on the network, and may be delayed or not arrive at all; widgets may also not update in time. Please do not rely on them as the only safeguard for your pet's care, and confirm important things in person.
Changes to the service and shutting it down
We will improve features, and may also change or stop some of them. If we are going to shut down the whole service, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days in advance and provide a way to export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we provide the service "as is" and are not liable for indirect losses caused by using or being unable to use it. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not affected.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. If you are the only admin of a household that has other members, you need to make someone else admin before you can delete it. If you seriously breach this agreement, we may suspend or close your account, and we will tell you why.
Changes to this agreement
If this agreement changes in an important way, we will tell you in the app in advance. If you keep using Pet Day after a change takes effect, you agree to the new version; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
